These Terms of Use govern your use of OnlineToolBench (the “Site”) at onlinetoolbench.com. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

OnlineToolBench provides free, browser-based tools for working with images and PDFs — compressing, converting, resizing, editing PDF pages, and similar tasks. All processing happens in your browser on your own device; we do not receive or store your files.

Free service, provided “as is”

The Site is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any result will meet a particular requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Always verify official requirements yourself

Some tools mention size or format guidance for exams and application portals (for example SSC, UPSC, IBPS or NEET). These are provided for convenience and may change at any time. Official rules are set by the relevant authority, not by us. Always check the current official notification or instructions before submitting any document. We are not responsible for a rejected application or any consequence arising from relying on guidance shown on the Site.

Your responsibility for your files

You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own backups. Because everything runs locally and we never receive your files, we cannot recover, restore, or reproduce anything you process. Please review every output file before you use or submit it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• process content you do not have the right to use;
• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for harm, or misuse the Site or its hosting.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are operated by others; we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how the Site handles data.

Intellectual property

The Site’s name, design, text and code belong to OnlineToolBench and are protected by applicable law. The files you create with the tools are yours — we claim no rights over them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineToolBench and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
